TunzaWeb ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tunzaweb.co.ke, why we collect it, and how it's handled, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
Information we collect
- Enquiry form: name, phone number, email (optional), the service you're asking about, and any message you include.
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect standard usage data - pages visited, general location, device/browser type - to help us understand site traffic and measure whether ad campaigns are working.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used only to respond to your request and provide the service you've asked about - we don't sell or share your contact details with third parties for marketing. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site and measure ad performance; it is not matched back to your enquiry.
How we store it
Enquiry submissions are emailed to our team and, where enabled, sent as a WhatsApp alert.
